Queensland award for FOI Editor
The Australian's FOI Editor Michael McKinnnon received a special Press Freedom Award at the 2006 Queensland Media Awards on Saturday in recognition of his High Court challenge to the Federal Government's efforts to withhold information on tax bracket creep and the First Home Buyers scheme.
