Melbourne privacy conference later this month
A weighty privacy conference for academics and lawyers organised by the Faculty of Law at Monash University 23-24 February will cover a wide range of current and emerging issues in Australian privacy law,
provide commentary on the law reform agenda, and discuss recent European
developments in data protection and privacy law:

Not only built from "Django, Lamson, and other open source technologies", I reckon it would be impossible to do it with commercial products.
Some Govt departments issue reports that are locked up in proprietary formats, eg, DFAT and MS Excel. That's not good enough.
