The Age reports that the Victorian Government introduced a new anti terror bill in Parliament last week which includes a new FOI exemption and would create an offence punishable by up to 10 years jail for disclosure of information that would facilitate a terrorist act.
NSW included amendments in it's FOI Act in early 2005 to provide a new anti terror exemption in Clause 4 of Schedule 1 of the Act.
